To access certain features, you must create an account. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use our Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our Service. Prohibited activities include:

• Creating content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Generating harmful, offensive, or illegal content

Billing Terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Usage limits reset on your monthly billing date
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancel anytime from your account settings
• Access continues until the end of your billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• Unused credits do not roll over after cancellation

You retain ownership of the content you submit to our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our humanization services.

Our Service, including all software, algorithms, and proprietary technology, remains our exclusive property and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Important: Our Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims related to our Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
